The Traulsen G31011 Dealer's Choice reach-in freezer has nine epoxy-coated wire shelves. As users load product, the load-sure guard prevents them from blocking airflow by placing items too close to the walls. This ensures cold air can move around the refrigerator and cool product uniformly. LED lights shine on the items to enhance visibility and, for security, the doors are equipped with cylinder locks. Each full-size door provides complete access to a section when opened and, if pulled past a 120-degree angle, the door will stay open for convenience.
Users can set the internal temperature to a level from -5 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit—and can even program the Traulsen G31011 three-section freezer to run at -10 degrees Fahrenheit—by using the microprocessor controller. The set temperature is maintained by a thermostatic expansion valve that sends lots of refrigerant through the system when temperatures rise, so it recovers the set temperature quickly. For monitoring, employees can read the current temperature on the controller's digital LED display.
